How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 2 - 21 business days, as all wedding planners are produced locally.

What size is the planner?

Our wedding planners are A5 size or A4 size, perfect for carrying with you to vendor meetings while providing plenty of space for detailed planning.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please review your personalization details carefully before ordering.
