Plan with Elizna provides digital and physical products, including but not limited to digital wedding stationery, wedding websites, planners, diaries, and gift boxes. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to make purchases through this store.

3. Products and Services

  • Digital Products: Wedding stationery and websites are delivered electronically. These products are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Physical Products: Planners, diaries, and gift boxes are shipped. Please check our Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

  • Customization: Some products are personalized. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in ZAR (South African Rand). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full at checkout.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital and customized products, refunds are not available once an order is confirmed. For physical products, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, and content are the property of Plan with Elizna. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute them without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Errors in information provided by the client (e.g., names, dates, or event details).

  • Delays caused by third-party services (such as printers, couriers, or hosting providers).

  • Any indirect or consequential damages.
