At Plan with Elizna, every product is custom-made and personalised with care. Because of the nature of personalised goods:

Refunds are not offered on any products.

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will gladly correct or replace the item at no extra cost.

You must notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order and provide proof (e.g., photos) of the issue. These communication should be done over email (planwithelizna@gmail.com).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We encourage you to carefully review all design proofs before approving your order, as printing and production will only begin once you have confirmed.
