Refund and Exchange Policy 

At Plan with Elizna, every product is custom-made and personalised with care. Because of the nature of personalised goods:

  • Refunds are not offered on any products.

  • If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will gladly correct or replace the item at no extra cost.

  • You must notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order and provide proof (e.g., photos) of the issue. These communication should be done over email (planwithelizna@gmail.com).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We encourage you to carefully review all design proofs before approving your order, as printing and production will only begin once you have confirmed.
